We are committed as a team to serve the community, promote and support the reading culture, literacy,
education and youth empowerment in Uganda through developmental and empowerment
projects and programs. Brian does it through his writings too.
Brian (Team lead), also co-ordinates with Action for youth
Development, an NGO that works in Mbarara and Southern parts of Uganda.
He has also worked in the Uwezo-Uganda Annual National children’s
learning assessment program which was in close partnership with Masindi Child
Development Federation (Child Fund); and also served as information/ records and Archives
Manager for Life line ministries and Kingdom Services Limited in 2014. He bounced back again working with the same ministry and company as Media and communications Editor from May 2017.
On August 1st, 2017, he began working with Kibanda Secondary School, a government funded institution in Kiryandongo district as a Librarian to promote the reading culture, easy and efficient access of all learning resources, boast literacy among students and be a custodian of knowledge, library facilities and promote its proper usage to steer good performance in the school and Uganda as a whole in a way to register tremendous efforts, fuel and promote education and literacy in the country among students; and grapple with illiteracy with all its forms that come along like being uneducated, uninformed, ignorance and denial to get a decent job and one that requires technical skills as it is the only way the next generation will take on, and the future being bright for our mother land and the entire world at large for further development to make the sustainable Development Goals ( SDG's) and Vision 2040 become a reality.
He was apart of the team that contributed to the Kingdom Challenge life coaching programs and editions of Apostle Julius Oyet dubbed 100 Days Kingdom challenge " inspire, promote and celebrate wisdom" and also See you at the top Daily Devotions.
He is the founder, Raising Empowered

and programs include;
Reach a child education – Payment of school fees for orphans, unable, under privileged or the vulnerable. we also look for scholarships and sponsorship for learners
Child development care – Provision of basic scholastic materials, child teaching and mentor-ship
Empower Youth Programs – Impacting skills, mentoring the youth and providing them with some capital through soft loans in areas of hair dressing, craft making,baking,cake making,tailoring and designs,Liquid soap making, beading, sanitary pads, bricklaying,Charcoal making, pottery and mechanics, computer skills to earn a living
Girl child and Women outreach – Provision of sanitary pads to young girls, girl child Education and mentor-ship, women empowerment.
Education outreach – Building structures e.g classrooms, dormitories, libraries and stocking books for learning.(Promoting the reading culture/literacy)
